We’re thrilled to announce a series of powerful updates to our BigCommerce Connector for Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (F&SCM). These enhancements are designed to streamline your e-commerce operations, improve efficiency, and provide a seamless integration experience. Here’s a detailed look at what’s new:

General Functionality

  • Real-Time Connections: Our connector is built directly inside D365, ensuring real-time synchronization with BigCommerce.
  • Multi-Instance and Multi-Channel Support: Easily manage multiple instances and channels, making it perfect for businesses with complex setups.
  • Extensive Event Logging: Every touchpoint is logged extensively, providing you with detailed insights and traceability. These logs are right inside D365 for easy viewing and reconciling.
  • Variant Item Support: Full support for variant items in on-hand sync, order, and return order functionalities.
  • Item Synchronization: Sync product ID's from BigCommerce to D365 down to the variant level with a batch job.

On-Hand Sync

  • Inventory Synchronization: Sync your inventory from D365 to BigCommerce with batch job recurrence, supporting multiple warehouses and inventory statuses.

Customer Management

  • Customer Creation and Mapping: Seamlessly create and map customers for both B2C and B2B, including Person and Organization accounts.
