Smooth Go-Live: Oboz Footwear Deploys Strabo Partners BigCommerce Connector

We are thrilled to announce the successful deployment of the BigCommerce connector for Oboz Footwear, which went live in November. The launch of the new site and connector allowed Oboz to fully leverage the features of the BigCommerce platform alongside their implementation of D365 Finance and Supply Chain. This deployment marks a significant milestone in our partnership with Oboz, showcasing the power and flexibility of the BigCommerce connector.

Comprehensive Feature Utilization

The BigCommerce connector enabled Oboz to utilize a wide range of integrated features, enhancing their e-commerce capabilities and streamlining their operations inside D365. Here are some of the key features that were successfully implemented:

  • Order Import: The connector facilitated the smooth import of orders, ensuring that all transactions were accurately recorded and processed.
  • Order Lifecycle: Orders were updated live through receipt, shipping, and tracking numbers, providing real-time visibility into the order status.
  • Inventory Sync: Inventory levels were synchronized via a scheduled batch job, ensuring accurate stock information and preventing overselling.
  • Guest Checkout (new): The introduction of guest checkout provided a seamless shopping experience for customers who preferred not to create an account.
  • Customer Group Pricing (new): Oboz was able to offer tailored pricing to different customer groups, enhancing their pricing strategy.
  • Refunds (new): The new refunds feature streamlined the process of issuing refunds, making it easier for Oboz to manage returns and exchanges.
  • Line Level Discounts and Full Coupon/Discount Support in BC (new): The connector supported line level discounts and full coupon/discount functionality, allowing Oboz to run promotions and offer discounts effectively.

A Smooth and Successful Deployment

The go-live process was exceptionally smooth, thanks to the collaborative efforts of the Oboz and Strabo Partners teams. The deployment was completed without any major issues, and the new site and connector have been performing well since the launch. This successful deployment highlights the robustness and reliability of the BigCommerce connector, as well as the expertise and dedication of both teams.
