How Strabo Partners Transformed Mystic Stamp Company's Website for Enhanced User Experience

We are excited to share the successful launch of the new MysticStamp.com website, a project that showcases the collaborative efforts and expertise of Strabo Partners and the Mystic Stamp Company.
Right off the bat this site was different from any others Strabo has previously implemented. Mystic had many custom requirements and a desire to reach a newer and younger audience, while still not excluding their current customer base. What Strabo delivered was a site that was unique, functional, aesthetically pleasing and able to speak to a diverse audience.
Mystic Stamp Company Project Overview
Mystic Stamp Company, a renowned name in the stamp collecting community, sought to revamp their online presence to better serve their diverse audience. They partnered with Strabo Partners to leverage our knowledge in ecommerce best practices and successful website design.
Design Workshop and Pre-Work
The project kicked off with a comprehensive design workshop. The workshop focused on gathering insights from the Mystic Stamp Company team and understanding the unique needs of their audience. The pre-work included tasks such as analyzing the current website structure, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and exploring trends and preferences of both seasoned collectors and new generations.
One of the biggest takeaways from this design workshop was Mystic knows their customers inside and out; we at Strabo knew that knowledge would be an integral part of the success of this project.

A Smooth and Successful Deployment
The go-live process was smooth, thanks to the collaborative efforts of both teams and the intensive user acceptance testing Strabo led Mystic through prior to launch. The Strabo team was able to meet the goals Mystic had put in place without any major issues. Since the site’s deployment, Strabo has been with Mystic every step of the way. We took the time to ensure there were no issues after go-live and that post go-live testing was done accurately and effectively.
This successful deployment highlights the robustness and reliability of BigCommerce, as well as the expertise and dedication of both teams. All parties involved are proud of the work that was completed and how smooth the whole process was.
Working with Strabo was completely different than working with past site developers. The organization and guidance exceeded my expectations. Communications were efficient and timely. Goals were clear… and best of all they were met.
